Refurbishment
We offer a full refurbishment service for all types of ball valves, whether of our own design or other makes and whether metal or soft seated.
All incoming valves are fully stripped, each component is cleaned and inspected and a full inspection report prepared and sent to the customer for their approval prior to commencement of work.
Due to the nature of the industries we are serving, this service can be offered on a 24 hour basis as required, so that if a valve in critical service fails on site, LGBV will co-operate with the customer to refurbish the valve and restore production within the shortest possible time.
All valves are fully pressure tested and certified to their original specification prior to despatch.
